What happens now?
Your repair request has been received. If your booking has been made during our office opening hours (Monday – Friday, 09.00-17.00), we will contact you within 2 hours of your repair booking. If your request has been made out of hours, we will contact you at our earliest opportunity.
Should you need to cancel your repair, simply let us know when we call you to arrange a visit time.
