Street in Somerset is world-famous as the birthplace of Clarks shoes in 1825, when brothers Cyrus and James Clark turned sheepskin offcuts into the first "Brown Petersburgh" slippers; the family business grew into a global footwear icon, with the original factory heritage still celebrated locally.

Was thinking I would struggle to find someone to come and repair my range cooker & Rebecca was the first call I made and was totally efficient and helpful!

Appointment for visit made quickly. Operative arrived when expected. He did a thorough review of the problem and pronounced the freezer deceased. The search is on for a replacement.

Gave regular updates as to when he would arrive which was very helpful. Dealt with the problems efficiently and capably and ordered the spare parts. We look forward to his return to fit the new parts.

Communication was a bit hit and miss trying to organise appointment, then varying information on payment ( one said on the day, then this changed to in advance, then said sending invoice and didn't but was hounding me for payment). But all staff I spoke to were friendly and polite. Engineer was lovely, knowledgeable and prompt. Looks like issue fixed 🤞 and told if occurs again within next few weeks it's covered by what I already paid so pretty happy with the service offered.

Don't hesitate to use this service. I had a broken SMEG Range and from first contact to the end of the job I felt like a valued customer. Good communication, the engineer was on time, listened to me, picked up on something in my description of what was going on, and pretty much went straight to the fault. A loose micro-switch unit that must have been slightly nudged when the front panel had been removed months before. Then later slipped out of place totally and prevented the cooker from working. A simple fix, no selling undeeded parts to make more money. A good honest service at a great price.

The problem with our fridge-freezer was diagnosed and replacement part installed on the spot. Very efficient

A good repair of the fridge freezer. Clean and professional work and as good as new. And much less expensive than a new appliance
